Guide To Success In This Class

These are just a few things to consider that will without doubt help you become a successful student in this class.

Most important - Do Not Whine!  - aka : to complain with or as if with a whine...

     Example:  <always whining about the weather>    There simply is no reason for it. All concerns can be addressed in a thoughtful way and anytime spent complaining takes up the times the instructor has to devote to your success in the class.

Develop and demonstrate a positive attitude toward learning that will go a long way to help you in any class etc.

1. Listen closely and pay close attention, read carefully - All information for you to succeed in this class will be provided.

     What you do with and how well you apply this information is up to you. Questions are welcomed if presented in a 

    thoughtful polite manner.

2. Come to Class - Attendance is very important and contributes to your learning. The more you miss... the more you miss

3. Don't complicate the simple. Just follow the directions as provided, no more no less

4. Study - Read the text, take notes, if you want me to look over your notes or have certain questions, it is always best to

                   do this prior to a test.

These are just a few things that if practiced will indeed lead to a positive learning experience and successful completion in this class.
